Felt really good when I hit the steep climb of the last stage... and that my gluts were firing/activating nicely, which after 5 hard stages I was please about.. also my lower back didn't give me grief! You are a legend.

I was planning to take a lap by the end of track league winter season not second night of racing, I don't do any training in between, Em really helps my body be ready for racing.
