About Em

I am passionate about helping athletes and others to reorganise their body so they can get the best out of themselves and be able to cope more when tough times occur.
I have suffered with and I am still working on my mental health. It is not just all in my head it's also stored in my body, first occurring in my childhood and then again during my time in the Army. It motivates me to find ways to help myself which then means I have crazy cool tools to share with others.
I've used many different therapies to help myself out, the most amazing ones are the ones I provide for you today. Douglas Heel's Be Activated, I learned back in 2013. Movement from pilates, yoga, MovNat, Tony Riddle, Ben Medder and currently my favourite is Feldenkrais. Most recently I am studying and working with this amazing new technology Amino Neuro Frequency and SportsFreq to assist myself and others I work with. I enjoy learning new things that fit in with my personality and do my best to keep an open mind.
